The Telegraph's tribute to former WWII pilot, Wing Commander Ted Holloway who has died aged 98. Ted was awarded a DFC for completing 56 low-level bombing operations over occupied Europe, North Africa and the Mediterranean. In 1967 he joined the RAF Benevolent Fund where he was a finance director for 16 years.
