Former RAF policewoman Ann Hughes was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2007 and two years later she was discharged from the RAF. We supported Ann by providing her with one of our Housing Trust properties with a specially adapted kitchen, bathroom and garden to help her live more independently. Hear Ann's story.
