In todays LIVE stream, I wanted to focus on looking at the rotator cuffs.
This is a great circut to focus on before a shoulder routine, or like I sometimes do - add in after a back or arm workout. I'd love to hear your feedback after trying this, and don't forget to check in to tomorrow's LIVE stream when I'll be braking down a bit of my food prep (10am PST).
This exercise is a great way to warm up the shoulders. Keep an eye out later today for my IG Story, where I'll be showing more of my conditioning shoulder workout.

My body was craving fats and protein this morning, so I made this for breakfast: spinach, cucumber, avocado, mushrooms, with three fried eggs, and thee slices of bacon. Delish!! (Learn more about my diet by searching 'Ultra Lean Nutrition Manual')
This video shows my recent triceps workout. I performed the first and last 2 exercises as supersets, with 3 sets each for 15 reps. Finishing off with 10 sets of interval sprints on the rower (30 seconds each sprint, followed by 30-45 seconds recovery). Here's the link for the ALCAR+ product: [ Bit.ly Link ]

(The first circuit should be performed as a warm up circuit, so as to become familiar with the exercises, and also get a more accurate idea of the weight you’ll be able to push to still complete the full circuit. After completing each group of circuits, allow for no more than 90 seconds of recovery.)
