Shoulders have always been a favorite of mine, and these one-arm upright rows (after seated DB presses - neutral to supinated), really work all 3 deltoid head deeply. 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps. Surprised myself today, seeing the scales at 185lbs. Body fat still below 10%, so happy with the improvements for the first 1/4 of the year so far.

Try finishing your next arm workout off with some one arm cable curls (almost like a standing concentration curl). Great pump in the Bicep, especially in the upper 1/3.

Forearms are a denser muscle group like calves & abs, and so typically respond best to higher volume & intensity than other muscles like chest. This forearm circuit was at the end of my chest workout, and consisted of 20 reps per exercise, and repeated for 3 circuits. #circuittraining #forearm #weakpoint #fitness #workout

Performing seated dumbbell shrugs after standing behind-the-back barbell shrugs, is a great way to further stimulate the deeper muscles of the traps, and bring about greater muscle density and thickness. Don't try to go too heavy, but rather focus on contracting the traps hard at the top of each and every rep.
