I honestly used to dislike any type of sprint training. I think from years of having the 'competition mindset' I was programmed for weight training & cardio was an afterthought just to control body fat levels.

I switched up my usual pre-workout for today's arm session in the gym, and can honestly say I haven't had a pump this good for a long time! Full routine, plus which product I used, on my IG Story now...

This is a fairly typical meal for me, providing close to 40g protein, 35g carbs, 12g fats, and a side or two of veg/salad. Check out my meal planner book - Ultra Lean (and currently get a free meal planner program with it too, to help effortless plan out your meals and macros).

I do allow a couple of cheat meals here and there each week, but only when I'm not close to photo shoots.

On Today's #LIVESTREAM #116 - Smaller gym setups and hotel/apartment gyms, may not have a typical full-gym set up, but you can still get a great workout using a smith machine, dumbbells, and a bench.

Just by adding in a slight inward rotation with your wrists as you bring the Dumbbells closer together in this incline fly, you'll feel the inner section of the chest tighten up and contract more. Great for the last set or two, with some lighter weights, after you've gone heavy.
