In todays LIVE stream, I wanted to focus on looking at the rotator cuffs.
This is a great circut to focus on before a shoulder routine, or like I sometimes do - add in after a back or arm workout. I'd love to hear your feedback after trying this, and don't forget to check in to tomorrow's LIVE stream when I'll be braking down a bit of my food prep (10am PST).

This video shows my recent triceps workout. I performed the first and last 2 exercises as supersets, with 3 sets each for 15 reps. Finishing off with 10 sets of interval sprints on the rower (30 seconds each sprint, followed by 30-45 seconds recovery). Here's the link for the ALCAR+ product: [ Bit.ly Link ]
