The flypast is scheduled for 7:30pm over RAAF Base Pearce.

Australian families are helping keep Australia safe by fostering military puppies.

Minister for Defence Personnel Dan Tehan today paid tribute to the families that foster RAAF military dogs as this week 10 puppies were placed with foster families.

Last year, 95 puppies were born as part of the RAAF military dog breeding program at RAAF Amberley and 76 were placed in foster care.

Beards have sprouted on the faces of some personnel at Number 37 Squadron, as they raise money for bowel cancer treatment through the charity initiative Decembeard.

In accordance with the RAAF Manual of Dress, No. 37 Squadron's Commanding Officer has approved his personnel to grow the beards, and as of December 14th, the squadron has raised more than $3000.
