RFDS Field Days: A day to remember | Royal Flying Doctor Service

Recent much needed rain in north-west Queensland left many of the regions natural or dirt airstrips unusable. Fortunately, McKinlay residents (220 km south-east of Mount Isa) were well prepared and when a local resident needed medical assistance on Boxing Day our Mount Isa team landed on the nearby RFDS emergency road landing site.
