A glorious phenomenon captured by RFDS flight nurse Cath Nolan on her way from Cairns to Einasleigh this morning. The natural phenomenon known as β€œGlory” is often called Buddha’s Light in parts of Asia. A truly angelic sight!

Darwin International Airport (DIA) is set to become the home of the 25th aeromedical base for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).
The RFDS has been evacuating patients from Central Australia and the Kimberley region to Royal Darwin Hospital for almost 80 years, utilising a combination of hangar sub-lease and shared access arrangements with general aviation providers at Darwin Airport.
