A ceremony has been held in Slane, Co Meath, to mark the 100th anniversary of the death of poet Francis Ledwidge.
Ledwidge died at the Battle of Pashendale in 1917. The event took place in the garden of the labourer's cottage in Slane where Ledwidge was born.
