It looks like the cold front has made landfall in the Western Cape, bringing with it some much needed moisture to the area. We are still not expecting any snow, despite the colder weather. The front is moving fast, and should pass during the day tomorrow.
Looks like a nice little cold front is going to impact the South Western Cape on Friday(23rd December). Some rain is expected, and with the freezing level dropping down to 2000m overnight, we certainly can't rule out the possibility of some snow!! Believe it or not, we are seeing a possibility of a light dusting of snow on the southern KZN Drakensberg and into Lesotho for tomorrow (Friday) evening. No heavy snow falls are expected, and any falls are expected to be confined to the extreme high peaks.

We hinted at it yesterday, and we are hinting at it again today! There is a slight chance of snow over the WC and EC areas indicated on the map, tomorrow afternoon/evening.
