MAJOR MILESTONE: Today we're lifting the final steel beam on our consolidated rental car facility, completing all structural steel installation on this massive project. It's one of many construction milestones we expect to reach this year!
Artist Sheryl Oring and her associates were at the Tampa Museum of Art today taking down Tampa Bay residents' stories for Oring's new sculpture -- one of nine new public works commissioned by TPA. The stories and related photos will be integrated into her new piece entitled "Greetings From Tampa Bay" inside one of TPA's new people-mover stations.

ROADWAY WORK: Beginning Sunday, TPA will close sections of the inbound and outbound parkway for necessary roadway repairs. The closures will last roughly a week and will happen in the overnight hours, minimizing any impacts.

#tbt Throwback to this past Monday when our general aviation operations had its busiest day since 2007, thanks to the College Football Playoff National Championship game at Raymond James Stadium. We had more than 300 corporate aircraft on the ground and more than 800 operations total. Thank you to the Tampa Police Department for these aerial shots!
