It's been a while since our last Fozzie Fact but here's a great one! Grate your butter! It makes it so much easier to incorporate it into a batter, or melt in the microwave. You can also use grated butter to top steamed veggies or baked potatoes. The trick? The butter needs to be pretty much frozen for it to work, and you have to work fast!
