You can't select where the fat loss happens when exercising. It's an overall process soooo... you can't "ditch the man boobs with this high intensity workout", you need to lose overall body weight to lose that extra fat on the chest. Love my powerbeats! They don't fall out of ur ear and no cords get in ur way. I can leave my phone anywhere in the gym and walk around doing a circuit without having to carry my phone with me. Will never go back to old school headphones again.

I'm suffering from Chronic Compartment Syndrome in both my calf muscles. Waiting a surgery date, it's crap though I can run for more than a couple of minuets and I can walk for more than half an hour workout being in extreme pain ands having to sit down. It really sucks as lost all my confidence for some reason and any self motivation I had when I was going to the gym 5 times a week.

Planking? When I was in the Army they called this the Chinese Thinking Position and made us do it in sets of 10 for 90 seconds at a time. My god how my abs and legs were worked until they were like jello.
