Congratulations to Chevening Alumnus Amr Sobhy - عمرو صبحي, named in Forbes’ 30 most promising young entrepreneurs in Africa.

Amr is from Egypt and studied an MSc in Public Policy and Management at Birkbeck, University of London last year.

He was included in the list because of his tech startup PushBots, which aims to help companies increase customer engagement via mobile messaging.

Today marks the start of Crufts! Since it began in 1891, Crufts has gone on to become the world’s largest dog show as well as becoming an important part of British culture.

The show features competitions in dog agility and obedience and this year has 3,469 dogs from over 55 overseas countries attending the show.
