While the name of the facility pictured in the footage was not mentioned, it has since been determined that the enclosure is part of Harbin Siberian Tiger Park, which has previously come under scrutiny for alleged mistreatment of the animals.
An American tourist on a whale tour in Magdalena Bay, Mexico, got close enough to share a “kiss” with one of the huge mammals. The whales in this area often come very close to tour boats and similar behaviour has been observed in the past.
