That should have been said a week ago, and an immediate investigation and arrests started for clearly criminal negligence leading to manslaughter, that includes the 4 MP's that ignored and suppressed the safety reports and recommendations. When the final count comes out that's a lot of concurrent manslaughter convictions to serve.

She should just do what she should've done after the election and let Corbyn be PM. Labour rightly did much better in the election than the conservatives. Get out, May. Get out now.
06/22/2017 at 09:04
May in her speech has said it all needed to help the victims. I wish that Corbyn idiot can just shut up. I intensely dislike the new Labour repubican Kensington MP ( I dont know what her name is and I dont wish to know).

I thought it'd be odd that the leader of the opposition would be expected to bow. Poor Black Rod gets the door to the commons slammed in his face, the whole point of the thing is to demonstrate that the commons is not subservient to the monarch.

Oh come on, who cares. This is ridiculous reporting once again trying to cause an uproar. Who cares if she accidentally politely bowed her head or not.

The Lefties seem to awfully bad at counting...you got less votes in the 2015 GE, the BRexit vote, the USA Presidential race and celebrating losing the GE2017 despite having a huge advantage of tactical votes...still, if the Queen has 5 flowers on her hat with a similar colour to the EU flag then there's hope for you after all. Yawn!

I'm in two minds. On one hand I'm glad because I was against these things and they were reasons why I didn't vote Tory. On the other hand I feel sorry for the people who voted for her. It can't be pleasant to have voted for a party when it has a leader in May. The lady is for turning as it appears.

Er ... So what about the NHS ... Underfunding that endlessly (whilst claiming otherwise) culls the population and manipulates them via cancelled operations and unnecessary pressure errors forwards the American system which is widely regarded as one of the most unfair in the world ... I don't mind deals being fraught. That's kind of the point. We don't live in la la land like Labour is currently insisting where everything can be achieved straight away if only our souls are pure in their socialist purity like corbynism
I'm liberal so I expect the dup deal to be tricky and wouldn't expect anything less
It seems some people are having a tantrum about the sky is falling in once again.

Good, sounds like a plan!
I might have a more nuanced opinion if I had read the full article but there is no way I am paying to read that!

Brilliant. So there will now be an even longer wait for actual brexit negotiations to take place and with every passing day we just look weaker and more foolish in the eyes of the eu leaders. Probably too much to ask from mp's to work together for the good of the people in light of he results of a democratic vote. No lets throw another spanner in the works in our bid for ultimate power. ...because hey as long as corbyn is the one in charge eventually nothing can go wrong aye??

So when is there going to be an inquest? A criminal investigation and proper courts proceedings? A public enquiry is only going to be whitewash. We need to have an inquest.

The local tory council during 2014 while the cladding was being installed, sent out letters to residents of the richest burough in the country informing them they'd all recieve a £100 windfall in council tax due to 'efficiency savings', all the while they blew thousands on a local opera performance. Let that sink in before you bring out the 'don't politicize this' line.

She's a fine one to talk about hatred and evil, particularly at the moment. Have you strongly and stabley agreed a deal with the DUP bigots to prop up your shambolic government YET you dithering old cow. I'm voting for a brick four our next PM, it'd have more empathy, be stronger, more stable, and wouldn't run away whenever an actual real person approached. It would also be more open to, and cap

Speaking from experience I really hope Theresa May bats for us in these divorce proceedings. If things run true to form she will get the house, a tidy sum in maintenance while the poor spouse picks up all the debt into the bargain... No doubt she will be co-habiting with her louche American boyfriend in the not too distant future while telling the judge they are just good friends.

It was a shotgun wedding at best.
More like, getting drunk and engaged, then slowly slowly, becoming married, without actually saying 'I do'. And they still call it a divorce.

We are being annexed. There was no vote, it was an 'advisory'. The government and the EU have no legal right to carry on making deals to buy or sell sovereignty of a sovereign nation, that is an annexation.
The Lisbon treaty is the EU constitution, article 50 is the get out clause for that constitution.
Doesn't mean we have to leave the common market, just that we can prevent this Annexation of our rights and freedom.
06/19/2017 at 13:33
No majority but going ahead anyway . This can't be right but what's behind it is doing deals for big business and not for the good of the country . Following the referendum result Nissan said they would quit Britain but a week later they said they would stay so what deal was done with them for them to change their minds ? Stitch up Britain

what is the deal with piers of late has he finally seen the light and trying to distance him self away from the Tory party ? maybe he knows what a sinking ship looks like and decided to abandon it before it goes down what ever his motive at the moment his reporting has actually been pretty good. I cant believe i have just said that
06/19/2017 at 09:45
Sorry, I am getting tired of TV presenters trying to be the voice of the people. The people can and do speak for themselves. Let's hear them. Piers yelling down a guest gives no information and just increases an atmosphere of panic and mayhem. BBC and Channel 4 have been doing the same.
06/19/2017 at 11:54
This is about the only time I agree with Piers Morgan. I'd have thought a lot more of Michael Gove if he'd just said "you know what Piers, you're right, the handling of this by the council and government has been appalling" Shame on you #MichaelGove
