When UofG Vet School PhD student Amy Bowman and her supervisor, Professor Neil Evans, discovered that rescue dogs respond best to reggae music and soft rock, their research caught the imagination of the world. We'd also like to acknowledge the collaboration with the Scottish SPCA on this project including funding Amy's PhD.
LEARNING & TEACHING HUB: We're thrilled to share a sneak peek of what our brand new Learning & Teaching Hub will look like. The L&T Hub will feature 1,800 teaching spaces in a variety of flexible environments ranging from a 500-seat lecture theatre to 10-seat seminar rooms.
We'll be sharing a VR experience of this new facility in the Library TODAY until 2pm, so feel free to drop on by!
