If you're planning to file a claim for service-connected disability, consider including a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) with your evidence. DBQs allow Veterans and Servicemembers the option of completing an examination with their own healthcare provider instead of at a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facility.
