BC Hydro crews are working to restore power to over 2500 customers in Esquimalt, Victoria and Saanich.

The cause of the outage which occurred around 7:15 pm is unknown as of this posting.

Have you seen a truck similar to this driving around town today?

The vehicle was stolen today from the Shark Club parking lot located on Douglas Street. It is described as a 1990 Chev 4x4 reg cab, long box. It also has a headache rack with lots of ropes hanging from it.

Despite being raided twice and shut down by the RCMP, Green Tree Medical Dispensary in Langford has reopened. A "Stop Work" order remains posted on the front door of the business.

The company has launched an online petition seeking support to get a business license for the dispensary by the City of Langford.
