Sperm motility is an important part of the semen analysis. They say a normal man’s sperm motility is 50% or more, but if its consistently under 25% then chances are the man might be infertile. Sperm motility is the forward momentum displayed by the sperm to swim towards the ova. Blockages can be caused by infections in the uterus and fallopian tubes.
