To pick our baby carrots we use a specially designed harvester that gently lifts and pulls the entire plant by the top. Leading up to harvest our agronomists measure the carrots for size, and when they’re perfect it’s all on!

Our new Beetroot storage and grading facility in Hawke's Bay is the size of a rugby field and by the end of season will have processed a gigantic 24,000 tonne crop. Our investment in this new facility will help ensure we are always delivering high quality beetroot to your plate.
