Remember Wayne and Gary from episode one of How To Lose Weight Well on Channel 4? Despite Gary losing weight on the Clean Eating diet, he was inspired by Wayne’s loss and the flexibility of the plan to join Weight Watchers alongside his brother, so they can both enjoy a pint guilt free! Wayne has also continued to lose weight with us and is now 33lbs down!
