Waterford defeated Dublin 11 pts to 7pts in Parnell Park today in Division One of the Camogie League. This was a terrific victory for the team who had lost narrowly to Wexford last week. Manager Ray' OBrien paid tribute to the team afterwards. ' The girls displayed wonderful character all through and they fully deserved the win' said Ray.

The family of Katie Murphy are meeting in John Roberts square at 2.00pm this afternoon to bring their #OddSocksForKatie road safety campaign to a close.

They're asking people to "Slow down, put away your phone and MOST of all, please, please have the courage to tell a an irresponsible drive to stop and let you out of the car."
