RING MU DRILL
Working on a few things with this drill:
✔Lead w the pull (not hips)
✔body stays hollow while pulling to hip/low as possible
✔eyes forward not at ceiling or floor ✔rings in close at transition
✔push down on rings to create tension once you transition
▪pull to hip ▪pull to hip,transition & dip
▪repeat set until form fails try 4 max effort sets.
